These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Project Shield ("the Service"), operated by Yumiko Morinaga. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Project Shield helps independent consultants track, score, and respond to freelance project opportunities received by email. It provides AI-assisted email classification, job data extraction, match scoring, AI-drafted replies, an optional Gmail send integration, project tracking, and invoice record-keeping.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (including your resume and preferences), for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it, and for your own business, tax, and contractual arrangements with clients and agents. Project Shield does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Job scoring, reply drafts, and related content are generated by AI models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before it is sent or relied upon.
If you connect your Gmail account, emails are sent only when you explicitly click "Send via Gmail". You are responsible for the content of any email sent through this feature.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of job matching or scoring, or successful delivery of emails.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Shield and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
